At 3:44 PM on Wednesday, August 12th, Tactical Box 75-3 was dispatched in Milford Township for a dwelling fire. The caller reported smoke from the roof. Utility 58 arrived on location with smoke and fire showing from the rear.
Tower 27 was called to cover Station 57 (Milford). While enroute, command struck the second alarm for manpower due to the hot & humid conditions and Tower 27 went into the scene.
Engine 27-1 then got called to cover Station 57 for the duration of the incident, SFD maintained a crew in station for Engine 27 to handle additional emergencies if necessary.

At 7:44 PM tonight, Tower 27 was dispatched on box 57-64 for a building fire. The call was initially dispatched as a water flow activation, and quickly upgraded. Crews went into the manpower pool and then were released by command.
