Lenape Banquet Hall

Lenape Banquet Hall has been freshly renovated and re-opened in May 2022.  The hall is a perfect venue for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, business meetings, and other special events.

Friday or Saturday Rental:

• Flat rate - $750
• 5 hour maximum rental time

Sunday through Thursday Rental:

• First two hours - $300
• Each additional hour (up to 5 total) - $100 each
• Security Deposit (required on all rentals) - $250 
  • Returned about a month after event
• Bar rental (required on events with alcohol) - $100
  • Includes soda, cups, and ice
  • Lessee supplies all alcohol and mixers beyond our soda options
• Bartenders
  • Required per our insurance $125
  • One bartender covers 70 people. More than 70 people requires a second bartender
  • Pay for bartender(s) is paid by Lessee on the day of the event

Hall Rental includes rectangle tables and chairs

• Round tables available - $12 each
• 3 hour window prior to event for decorating
• Linens available for additional cost
• Use of sound system hook up
  • Either for DJ or client music
• Table layout set up by firehouse personnel

Other Options:

• Projection screen - $100
• Kitchen use (Heating food, oven, and stove)
  • Caterer - $200
  • Lessee - $125 
    • Both kitchen rentals do not include any use of firehouse equipment - i.e. tools, utensils, dishwasher, etc.

Sellersville Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary Catering Options:

• Guest minimum for catering - 100 people
  • Pricing option either $55 or $65 per person
• Options include serving buffet or home style
• Ladies catering option includes use of the hall, round tables, linens, bar rental, and other items
• Ask our rental agent for menus for the Ladies Auxiliary offerings

• No tape on walls, doors, glass (Command strips allowed, must be removed)
• All firehouse decorations must stay in place - no exceptions
