Sellersville Volunteers responded with other Pennridge area fire companies into Silverdale Borough this afternoon for a reported structure fire. A neighbor had reported smoke coming from the house and Station 59 personnel arrived a short time later to confirm a working fire.

Rescue 27 arrived with 6 personnel and initially were tasked with performing a primary search, but were then tasked with fire suppression.

Stations 59, 26, 27, 60/61, and 23 worked to bring the fire under control and the Bucks County Fire Marshall’s Office is conducting the investigation.
