Shortly before 2:00 PM on Monday, September 9th, Sellersville Fire Department and Engine 59 (Silverdale) were dispatched the the 200 block of Keystone Drive in Hilltown Township for the report of an automobile fire. Chief 27 and Assistant 27 arrived to confirm the report of an engine compartment fire in a parking lot of a business. Rescue 27 arrived and utilized the bumper line to extinguish the blaze. Utility 27 responded with additional manpower, and Engine 59 supplied tank water to the Rescue. Fire department personnel were assisted by officers from the Hilltown Township Police Department. All units were clear within an hour.
