On Tuesday, April 19th, 14 volunteers participated in training related to vent, enter, and search. This is a firefighting technique to search a survivable space within a building or a house by entering a window via a ladder. Members were able to break the windows of an acquired structure, then make entry into a room to conduct a primary search. After performing a quick search, the firefighter returns to the ladder and exits the room, continuing the process until there are no more rooms available to search.
