At our November business meeting, the officers and members of our department accepted an offer to sell Engine 27-1. Our old engine will continue to serve the Eadytown Metro Fire Department covering the towns Eadytown, Pineville, and Russellville in South Carolina.

From the time Engine 27-1 was placed in service in June of 2002, she responded to over 2,500 emergencies throughout the Pennridge area and has been on scene at nearly 150 working fires. We'd like to thank Chief Scott Grooms and the entire Eadyville Metro Fire Department for their purchase, and we hope the engine serves your community as well as she served ours.
