At 4:10 AM on Wednesday, October 6th, Engine 27-1 and Engine 27 were dispatched to Woodbridge Court in East Rockhill Township to assist Perkasie Fire Company on a dwelling fire. Chief 26 arrived on scene to confirm a fully involved dwelling. Engine 26 secured a hydrant in front of the delta exposure dwelling, while Engine 27-1 utilized the deck gun on tank water to make a quick exterior attack. Engine 27 and Ladder 18 soon arrived and established a secondary water supply for ladder pipe operations. Crews from both engines assisted with exterior suppression efforts. Tower 27 also responded and was utilized later in the incident for aerial master stream operations. Crews from multiple companies throughout the area responded to provide manpower. SFD units operated for several hours before returning to Sellersville.
