Hilltown Twp. Barn Fire

On the morning of July 23, 2020, Engine and Tower 27 were dispatched to the 1500 block of Hilltown Pike to assist the Hilltown Township Fire Company on a fully involved barn fire. Chief 27 also responded and had command during a majority of the incident. Tower 27 was placed close to the fire scene for master stream operations, and Engine 27 assisted on Hilltown Pike with water supply at the tanker dump site. Multiple units from Bucks and Montgomery Counties operated at the scene for several hours for extinguishment and overhaul. There were no reported equine injuries at the time of the incident, several human injuries were treated onsite by EMS.

Thank God for all you firefighters and everyone who helped get those horses out safely. I hope the human injuries are minor and heal quickly.
