April 14 - 20, 2019 is National Public Safety Telecommunications Week! This week is a time to recognize and honor the dispatchers in the public safety community. Dispatchers are often overlooked when thinking of first responders, but they are the ones who receive the 911 calls, dispatch the appropriate units, and provide information in chaotic situations.
