At 0712, Engine 27-1 and Rescue 26 (Perkasie) were alerted for a vehicle rescue on Ridge Road near the 309 overpass in West Rockhill Township. One caller was reporting a single vehicle overturned with the occupant entrapped. While PD, Fire & EMS were still responding, other calls were reporting the crash to be near the Naceville Quarry in Montco Sta 72's local. Chief 27 had Squad 72 dispatched while Engine 27-1 and Rescue 26 would still proceed in. Engine 27-1 & Rescue 26 arrived and both crews went to work with stabilizing the vehicle and performed a roof flap to free the trapped occupant. Squad 72 and Squad 75 arrived as the extrication was being completed.
