Just after 4:30PM, SFD volunteers along with Montgomery County Squad 75 (Telford) were dispatched to the 600 block of Clymer Avenue in West Rockhill Township for the report of a lawnmower on fire. The crew from Engine 27 discovered a fully involved riding lawnmower upon arrival. Luckily, the fire did not spread too far into the nearby brush.

As a reminder, we are currently in a red flag warning issued by the National Weather Service due to low humidity and wind. Conditions are optimal for rapid fire spread in fields and wooded areas.
