SELLERSVILLE FIRE DEPARTMENT - SELLERSVILLE, PA 18960
Some information your Chairlady would like:
1. Meal - hot or cold?
2. What time would you like the meal served?
3. Number of adult guests and children under 6?
4. How many for the head table or bridal table? Do you want a family table(s)?
5. Round Tables are available for rent - $8.00 per table - each table seats 8 people.
6. Linen rental is available. Ask your chairlady for information. (White or colored tablecloths and napkins are available)
7. Do you wish to use the Bar? (Bar is closed during serving of meal and clean up.) There is a $75 bar rental fee if the Auxiliary caters the meal. Includes: soda, ice, and cups.
8. There will be no smoking in the hall, hallways or restrooms. Smoking by the guests is limited to outside of the building.
9. Will the wedding cake be served with the meal or later?
10. Do you have a cake knife? (we can provide one)
11. Are you having a toast?
12. Do you have cups for the toast? (we can provide cups)
13. We can order chips and pretzels for you.
14. We do serve appetizers and "after dinner snacks" buffet style. (cost is extra)
15. Do you have napkins for the cake or table setting?
16. Are you having a band or other entertainment? What time will they be setting up?
17. What time will they start playing? How long will they be playing?
18. Are you having whiskey sours? A fountain is available. (You will be charged for the cost of the ingredients)
19. There will be a gratuity (tip) of 15% added to the bill.
20. Payment is due in full upon completion of the meal.
21. Bartenders must be Sellersville Fire Dept. members and are to be paid with a separate check.
